Association of Rootes Car Clubs

Welcome to the official web site of the Association of Rootes Car Clubs (ARCC), an association of 12 UK-based clubs catering for owners and enthusiasts of vehicles built by the Rootes Group, its predecessors and immediate successors.
For the most comprehensive list of events for Rootes enthusiasts in 2007, click here.

This web site describes ARCC. It also contains information about the UK clubs that are members of ARCC and the overseas clubs with which ARCC is affiliated.

The menu choices on the left of this page link to pages that contain information about ARCC, about the clubs that are members of ARCC, and about the overseas clubs that are affiliated to ARCC. The same menu choices are available on each page of the web site.

To see a list of UK-based ARCC clubs, click UK Clubs on the menu. For a list of affiliated overseas clubs, click Overseas Clubs.

Each ARCC club page contains a brief description of the club, its activities and the vehicles for which it caters. The pages also show the name, address and telephone number (where available) of each club's General Secretary and Membership Secretary. If a club has its own e-mail address, its page contains an e-mail link. If a club has its own web site, its page contains a link to the web site.

The ARCC logo appears in the top left corner of each page on this web site. Click the logo at any time to return to this page (ARCC home page).

ARCC was instrumental in the formation of the Rootes Archive Centre Trust, a registered charity devoted principally to the preservation and use of a large collection of drawings from the engineering department of the Rootes Group. To find out more about the Trust, visit its web site at www.rootesarchivecentre.com.
Note: If you want to dispose of a Rootes vehicle, spare parts or literature, you must contact the appropriate club for the item that you want to sell. The information on this web site will help you to find the right club. ARCC cannot pass on information or act as an intermediary.

ARCC is a member of the Federation of British Historic Vehicles Clubs (FBHVC) and is listed in the UK Motor Sport Index.
